Recurring Cleaning in Georgia
Recurring cleaning is the standard visit on a fixed schedule. Weekly, every other week or monthly, worked to the same checklist each time, with a rotating set of extras so nothing is left for a year.

Scope
What it covers
Best forHouseholds where the cleaning is the thing that keeps getting pushed to the weekend and never happening.
How a recurring schedule works
A recurring schedule is agreed once. You pick the interval, we agree a day and a window and the visits are booked forward from there. You are not making a decision every week, which is the practical reason a schedule works when repeated one off bookings do not.
The interval matters more than the length of any single visit. A home cleaned every other week never accumulates the build up that makes a clean take four hours, so each visit stays short and consistent. A home cleaned once a quarter has to be pulled back from a long way each time and the cost of that gap shows up in the length of the visit.
Every visit also carries one rotating task from a longer list: baseboards in one visit, interior window glass in another, cabinet fronts in a third, vents and fan blades in a fourth. Over a few months the whole rotation completes, which is how a schedule of shorter visits covers ground that would otherwise wait for an annual deep clean.
Choosing between weekly, every other week and monthly comes down to how many people share the space and what is in it. Homes with children, pets, shed prone flooring or several people sharing one bathroom hold up better on a weekly or every other week rhythm. A two person household with hard floors and low traffic is often fine on a monthly visit.

Process
How the visit works
Set the interval
We talk through the size of the home, who is in it and what causes the most mess, then agree weekly, every other week or monthly.
Fix the day and window
The day and arrival window are agreed before the first visit and stay the same, so access can be arranged once instead of every time.
Reset visit if needed
If the home needs it, the first visit runs as a deep clean so the schedule starts from a level it can hold.
Repeat and rotate
Each visit works the same checklist plus the next task in the rotation and notes carry forward between visits.
Before we arrive
How to prepare
- Agree a single access method and keep it consistent
- Leave surfaces clear on the day, since clearing time is cleaning time
- Tell us about schedule changes as soon as you know them
- Say early if a room should be skipped in the rotation
- Point out any new surface or appliance that arrives in the home

The checklist on a recurring visit is the house cleaning checklist. If the home has not been cleaned in a long time, the schedule should open with a deep cleaning so the shorter visits have something to maintain rather than something to catch up on.
Recurring work suits commuter households and most of ours are in the suburbs north of the city. Families in Johns Creek and Alpharetta tend toward every other week on large square footage, while smaller households in Decatur more often take a monthly visit.
