Office Cleaning in Georgia
Office cleaning is scheduled around your operating hours and worked to a scope agreed in writing. The point of a commercial schedule is that the same thing happens on the same nights without anyone in your business having to manage it.

Scope
What it covers
Best forSuites, clinics, studios, salons and small commercial floors that need a fixed schedule rather than an occasional clean.
What office cleaning covers
Commercial cleaning is judged on the surfaces visitors and staff see first: the entry, the restrooms, the break room and the conference room. Those four are where a scope should be strongest and they are the areas we cover on every visit regardless of what else is in the rotation.
The scope is written down before the first visit, because a commercial clean involves people who will never meet the cleaner. An office manager needs to be able to point at a document and say what was supposed to happen and a cleaner needs to know whether desks with paperwork are wiped around or left alone. Ambiguity is what causes the complaints.
Scheduling normally runs outside working hours, which means access, alarm codes and key handling have to be agreed properly rather than informally. We will work to whatever process your building or your business already uses, including badge access, a lockbox or a building manager who lets cleaners in.
Frequency depends on headcount and foot traffic rather than square footage. A twelve person office with one restroom needs restrooms handled more often than a large open floor with low occupancy. Tell us how many people are in the space and how many are in daily rather than the floor plan alone.

Process
How the visit works
Site visit and scope
We walk the space, agree what is cleaned on every visit and what rotates and put the scope in writing before anything starts.
Access and schedule
Nights, days and access are agreed with whoever holds responsibility for the building, including alarm and key handling.
Fixed rotation
Entry, restrooms, break rooms and conference rooms are covered every visit. Slower tasks rotate on an agreed cycle.
Reporting
Supply levels, damage and anything that needs a decision are reported to a single named contact rather than left in the space.
Before we arrive
How to prepare
- Name one contact who owns the scope and the schedule
- Agree how desks with paperwork should be handled
- Confirm access, alarm codes and any building sign in process
- Tell us where supplies are stored and who reorders them
- Flag any room that is restricted or off the cleaning route

If you are moving into a new suite or finishing a fit out, the space needs a post construction clean before an ongoing schedule makes sense. Home offices and small studios attached to a residence are usually handled under house cleaning instead.
Commercial work is concentrated where the office stock is. Suites in Atlanta, the office parks around Alpharetta and the mixed commercial corridors of Duluth are where most of our schedules run.
