House cleaning in Sandy Springs, GA
Sandy Springs has one of the densest mixes of housing types in the metro. Within a few miles you have mid century ranches on wooded lots off Mount Vernon, a very large stock of apartments and condominiums around Perimeter Center and Roswell Road and substantial newer homes toward the river. Each of those brings a different cleaning problem and a different access arrangement.
We work across the city on single visits and repeating schedules. The apartment and condo density around Perimeter is the reason move in and move out cleaning is the service we are asked for most often here and building access is normally the part that needs organizing first.

What the housing here needs
What cleaning a Sandy Springs home involves
In the condo and apartment stock, ventilation is the recurring issue. Interior bathrooms with no window vent into a shaft and when that shaft is shared or partly blocked the room never fully dries between uses. The result is a film on the ceiling, on the top of the shower wall and along the grout and it comes back on a predictable cycle. It cleans off completely and how long it stays off depends on the fan rather than on the cleaning.
Building access is the second condo specific. Loading dock hours, elevator reservations, service entrances and visitor parking rules all differ by building around Perimeter Center and several of them restrict move related work to specific hours. For a move out clean, the building rules can matter more than the lease date. Send us the building policy when you book rather than after.
The mid century ranches off Mount Vernon and through High Point are the opposite job. Single story, crawlspace, original oak floors under later carpet in places, mid century tile in the hall bathroom and kitchens on their second or third remodel. Older tile grout in these houses has usually never been sealed, so it is brush work and the first visit in one of these homes is normally a deep clean.
Tree cover across the residential land is heavy, which means the same spring pollen film that affects the rest of north Fulton, concentrated on sills and entry floors. Homes with screened porches and sunrooms see the worst of it, because those rooms collect pollen through the screen and then hold it and they are usually the room most likely to be left off a cleaning scope. If you want a sunroom or a screened porch included, say so on the quote form.
Hard water is more noticeable here than the metro average in older buildings, showing up as mineral haze on shower glass and a white ring at faucet bases. It is a mineral deposit rather than dirt, it needs an acidic product and mechanical work and it comes off completely unless the glass has been etched over years.
