How the company works
Most complaints about cleaning services are not about effort. They are about inconsistency. A visit that was thorough in March and rushed in April, a cleaner who did the baseboards once and never again, a scope nobody wrote down so nobody can check it. Households leave services over that far more often than over a single bad clean.
So the company is built around a written checklist and a written scope. Every service on this site lists the tasks it covers and the tasks it does not. Cleaners work the same list in the same order, kitchens and bathrooms first, floors last. Notes carry between visits, so something raised once does not need raising twice.
We work residential and commercial, one off and recurring, across the state. Households and offices across Georgia use us for both single jobs and standing schedules.

The list before the room
Cleaners work the checklist rather than their impression of the room. A surface that looks fine still gets cleaned, because looking fine is not the same as being clean.
Wet rooms first, floors last
Kitchens and bathrooms are cleaned while the cleaner is fresh. Dusting runs high to low. Floors are done on the way out, so nothing lands on a floor that has already been finished.
Product matched to the surface
Fiberglass, cultured marble, natural stone, engineered plank and hundred year old heart pine all fail under the wrong product. Surfaces are identified before anything goes on them.
Say it rather than skip it
If something cannot be reached safely, cannot be cleaned without risking damage or needs a different trade, we tell you. A silent skip is the thing that erodes trust fastest.
One scope, in writing
What is included, what is not and what rotates are agreed before the first visit. Nobody should be reconstructing the scope from memory during a disagreement.
Limits
What we will not do
- Promise a result on a surface that is damaged rather than dirty, such as etched glass or a scratched tub
- Use an abrasive on stone, fiberglass or cultured marble to save time
- Move heavy furniture or appliances that could damage a floor or a person
- Take on mold remediation, pest treatment or anything that requires a licensed trade
- Quote a firm price over the phone without asking what is in the property
- Claim a deposit refund, an inspection result or anything else that is somebody else's decision
